Marketing Strategist
Location: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)
Reporting To: Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy

As a Marketing Strategist, you are responsible for translating business goals into clear, integrated marketing strategies that connect brand and performance. You work closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to develop go-to-market plans, guide execution across channels, and ensure our work delivers meaningful, measurable impact.
You’re a strategic thinker who also knows how to get things done. You understand growth mechanics, but you also care deeply about brand, culture, and audience experience. You’re comfortable leading conversations, making recommendations, and partnering with specialists and contractors to bring ideas to life.
Lead Producer
Location: Portland, Oregon
Reporting to: Head of Growth

As Lead Producer, you lead a focused Client Services team, setting the standard for how we work with clients and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, making sure our work helps our client brands grow.
You and your team are the through-line between strategy and execution, between our clients and our team, and between big ideas and real outcomes.
You’re equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and organizer. You know how to keep things moving without losing sight of why the work matters. You’re comfortable leading conversations, making judgment calls, and stepping in when we need to pivot.
