Coast Products has been making tools people trust since 1919. Flashlights, headlamps, multitools — precision instruments built for professionals and anyone who needs gear that actually works. More than a century of earning that reputation in the physical world.
The digital side of that story was a different problem. A brand with that much history and product depth needed an ecommerce experience to match: fast, precise, built for the way their customers actually shop. And as their product line grew more sophisticated, so did the need for a digital partner who could keep up.
They needed more than a vendor. They needed a team embedded in the work.

We started with strategy, aligning on what Coast actually needed digitally before anything else, so every decision that followed had a clear foundation and a shared definition of success.
From there, we built a visual system that brought Coast's rugged, precision-driven identity to the screen without softening what makes it distinctive. Clean, purposeful, built to convert. We carried that same standard into a custom headless Shopify storefront, a fully bespoke frontend with the reliability of a proven commerce platform underneath, built to scale as the product line grows.
As the partnership deepened, so did the scope. We built automated email flows to move customers from discovery to loyalty, and developed a standalone campaign site for Zithion-X, Coast's line of USB-C rechargeable batteries, giving a new product the dedicated digital home it needed to stand on its own.
The newest layer is still in progress. We're developing a custom LLM that puts Coast's century of product expertise directly in front of customers in real time, answering questions, guiding decisions, and extending the brand's authority into every conversation.
