Seamus Golf had something most brands spend years trying to manufacture: genuine devotion. Handcrafted accessories, a loyal customer base, and a reputation built on craft and authenticity. What they didn't have was a cohesive brand framework to hold it all together.

The inconsistencies were showing. Messaging varied, design drifted, and there was no single source of truth to align employees, partners, and marketing efforts. The brand experience wasn't matching the product experience — and for a company built on the details, that gap mattered.
