Sierra Nevada’s inefficient codebase and site architecture slowed updates and restricted flexibility. They lacked a unified content direction, a centralized analytics dashboard, and a streamlined way to introduce their non-alcoholic beverages online. Together we transitioned Sierra Nevada’s platform from Gatsby/Netlify to Next.js/Vercel, reducing update times significantly. We cleaned up the codebase, created a Data Lake for actionable insights, improved navigation, consolidated redundant pages, and established a direct purchase path. Our team also provided creative and content strategies to better showcase Sierra Nevada’s products.WLCR created a detailed brand book, establishing Seamus Golf’s character, voice, tone, and visual identity. This playbook served as a guide for consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, WLCR revamped their website to mirror the refined brand, seamlessly integrating the new identity into their digital presence.
