Submarine Hospitality runs some of Portland's most beloved restaurants — Ava Gene's, Tusk, and others that had built genuine followings before the pandemic forced them to close. When the doors were ready to reopen, the challenge wasn't the food. It was cutting through the noise of a city full of restaurants all trying to come back at once.
On top of the reopenings, there was a new pizza concept to launch. Four properties, one moment, and an audience that needed to be reminded why these places mattered.
